Homeowner/Resident:  Each townhouse has 2 designated parking spots (their driveway and garage) for their personal use.  There is no street parking available at YCC 256.

To ensure there is adequate visitor parking for everyone’s friends and families, homeowners should park thier vehicles on thier driveway if empty or in thier garage if space is available.

Parking of Commerical Vehicles (Panel Van's, School Buses, Trucks with Company Logos) are not permitted to be parked over night on YCC 256 Property.

Visitors/Guests & Extra Vehicles:  

We have 3 designated parking lots available for visitors. 

One lot is located on Woburn Way and 2 lots are located on Dunkeld Way.

If a homeowner has visitors or an extra vehicle and wishing to park overnight the homeowner must register the visitor’s or extra vehicle on our web site via a service request.

Any vehicle that has not been registered or found that homeowners driveways sit empty, your extra vehicle maybe ticketed.
